What should I include in my first message?
The outcome you want to move, your current website address, a rough timeline, and a budget range if you have one. Three sentences is plenty for us to give a specific answer.
Do I need a budget figure before contacting you?
No. If you are unsure, tell us the outcome and we will tell you what it usually costs to reach it, including the option where you spend less and stage the work.
Is the first conversation free?
The contact form is free. A 30-minute working consultation is $100, paid on PayPal. We send a calendar invite after payment.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. Most of our clients are in other time zones. We work asynchronously with shared docs, recorded walkthroughs, and one live session a week booked around your calendar.
