Questions

Answers before you ask.

How long does a website project take?

A Launch site takes about three weeks, Presence about five to six weeks, and Commerce about eight to ten weeks. The single biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side.

How much of my team's time will this need?

Expect roughly two hours a week. That covers one working session and reviewing what we sent. Everything else, including notes and decision logs, is written up by us.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

Two structured rounds per stage, and they are consolidated rather than piecemeal. Because we agree direction before visual design starts, most projects use less than that.

Who writes the content?

We write the structure and the page copy for the agreed pages, and you review it for accuracy on product, pricing, and claims. If you already have a copywriter, we work to their draft instead.

What do you need from me before we start?

Your commercial goal, access to analytics if the site is live, brand assets if they exist, and one decision-maker who can approve. That is enough to begin.

What happens in the first week?

We run a briefing session, audit the current experience and search visibility, agree the measurable outcome, and send back a scoped plan with dates. You approve that before design begins.
